1 teaspoon Linseeds

Tuesday


1 cup chopped spinach

1 cup carrot tops

2 sprigs basil

½ peeled chopped paw paw

5 green grapes

Filtered water

1 teaspoon soaked, chopped almonds

Blend and enjoy

 

 



Wednesday


1 cup beetroot tops

½ beetroot raw + chopped

½ medium sized lettuce

2 chopped apples

1cm chopped ginger root

Juice of 2 lemons

½ cup wheat grass

1 teaspoon crushed walnuts

Pinch of cinnamon

 

Thursday


Filtered water

3 celery sticks

½ cup chopped spinach

¼ cup parsley

2 chopped pears

Ginger root

Mint

Grapes

Teasp of linseeds

Blend

 

 

Friday


Filtered water

½ cup coconut milk

Cucumber

Mint

Lettuce

Coriander

Apple

Sunflower seed sprouts

1 peeled naartjie

1 teaspoon chopped almonds

blend

 

 Saturday


Filtered water

Mung bean sprouts

Alfalfa sprouts

Spinach

Ginger root chopped

Spinach

Cup carrot tops

2 x pears, chopped

Red grapes

Chopped ½ beetroot

blend


 

 

Sunday

Filtered water

Pineapple, peeled and chopped

Lettuce

Cucumber

Wheatgrass

Cranberries, dried

Chopped dried figs

Blend and be decadent
