Recipe of the week

1/2 cup of chopped cabbage

Half a chopped cucumber

Cup of fresh mint

2 leaves fresh green basil

1 peeled, chopped pineapple (substitute lemon and watermelon if unable to use pineapple

2 red apples chopped. Do not peel.

½ cup fresh coriander

2 red peaches

300mls filtered water

Blend and enjoy
